HRH King Amb. (Dr.) Emmanuel Isijana Samuel Owurong III Okangh Ama/Natural Ruler Ancient Ataijong Kingdom
In an interview with ICC NewsMen HRH King Dr. Isijana the Okangh Ama/Natural Ruler/Traditional Ruler of Ancient Ataijong Kingdom in Adoni LGA of Rivers State. He called upon Nigerians to embrace unity and strive for lasting peace to overcome the prevailing socio-political challenges faced by the country.
With Nigeria grappling with rising ethnic tensions, security concerns, and economic challenges, His Royal Highness spoke passionately about the urgent need for unity amongst all citizens. While acknowledging the diversity of the Nigerian population, he emphasized that the true strength of the nation lies in its ability to harness this diversity and work together towards a common goal - peace and progress.
His Eminence said his vision is very simple and clear which is Peace making, cause without peace , there is no developments but with peace , development is abound.
He gave his 100% support to peace as he said the crisis in Rivers State is uncalled for. In his words he said" the problem we have in Rivers State is God fatherism".
He further stated that the current Governor should be allowedto rule as section 109 of the Constitution is clear but not obeyed. He said PDP has no issue in Rivers State, so there's no reason for the 25 law makers to deflect.
In his comment on the UN event coming up on the 24th of January 2024, learning for lasting Peace is a fantastic theme for the year's International Day for Education and so his appealing that peace and conflict resolution be a part of the school's curriculum from the primary level.
He added that here in Nigeria, IAWPA will be celebrating this event in Bonny Island and calls on all Eminent Peace Ambassadors to promote peace and standard Education in all part of the world.

He also suggested that if UN can make out a day to tell everyone "I'M SORRY" irrespective of who the person is in the world.
He concluded by saying that Nigeria lost everything in terms of electoral system especially the 2023 election which went far bad to our constitution and he urges everyone to obey the rules of the land and continue making peace.
