10 Years Coronation Anniversary of H.E. HRH Eze-Ikemba 1, Onye Ishiala Ulakwo Agwuruisi Ancient Kingdom of Etche Ethnicity Rivers State, Nigeria

In a grand ceremony that drew thousands of spectators from far and wide, the Etche community saw the coronation of their highly esteemed monarch, Eze-Ikemba1/ Onye Ishiala Ulakwo Agwuruisi ancient kingdom of etche ethnicity on December 29th, 2023. 
The event was a triumphant celebration of tradition, culture, and unity, marking a significant milestone in the history of Etche Kingdom.















The coronation took place at the historic Etche Palace, resplendent with vibrant decorations, traditional regalia, and an air of anticipation. Dignitaries, royals, and prominent personalities from across the nation were in attendance, paying their respects to the crowned Eze Ikemba I,
H.E. HRH King Prof. Amb. Dr.  Onyeche Promise Obinna known for his wisdom, leadership qualities, and philanthropic  efforts, undertook an extensive selection process, involving rigorous scrutiny and consultations with key stakeholders of the Etche community. 
While on interview with news men and journalists, His Royal Highness stated that the best way of promoting PEACE is by abiding by the culture and tradition of the people cause it alone teaches us to have mutual respect and understanding to avoid crisis.

He continued by saying that the essence of culture is to morally build people into sanity and that if there was no culture then we will have uncultured people.

In his coronation speech, The Eze Ikemba I, expressed gratitude for the opportunity to serve his people, vowing to prioritize the progress, development, and well-being of the Etche Kingdom. 




He emphasized the need for unity, cooperation, and sustainable growth and for individuals to return to their root, heritage, origin and ancestry as there lies the unity of purpose.

He further stated how the Etche community has a 2500 oil mill capacity and as so a business environment, having a cassava processing plant,a piggery, poultry,an hotel and his in the process of starting a water mill factory.
