Nigerians from far and near despite political differences accepted that the Federal Government under the leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR and the FCT under the leadership of its hard working Minister Barr Nyesom Ezenwo Wike did the right thing by ratifying the FCT Civil Service Commission which has been on the pipeline since 2018. They also unanimously agreed that the appointment of a leading administrator Bro Felix Obuah as the Coordinator of the Abuja Metropolitan Management Council AMMC will bring another vista to the development of the FCT thereby making it one of the best capital cities of the world.
Knowing Bro Felix Obuah and his antecedents, I am very sure he will bring in his best and make positive impacts in the management of the nation's capital city. Being a detribalised and efficient personality with contacts that can attract the best persons that will make the job better for the realisation of the Bola Ahmed Renewed Hope Agenda, Bro Felix Obuah needs the support of everybody within the FCT to achieve the enormous mandate bestowed upon him.
Like I earlier posited, I am not in doubt as to his ability and capacity to changing the face of the FCT. The president should be rest assured that it has one of the best hands for the job. The people of Abuja who have been in high spirits since the announcement and inauguration of Bro Obuah should also be rest assured that the coming days will witness transformational change in the seat of power in the coming days.
Already he has set the ball rolling by meeting departmental heads and other officials under the Council and most of them are ready and willing to put in efforts to support his tenure and make it one of the best in the annals of the FCT.
