Dr. Ndeze explained that the school was established as a result of his realization that the energy he put into helping others could also be channeled into his own business endeavors.whose objective is to recognize individuals who have made positive impacts on humanity, communities, and business sectors. Additionally, the school aims to train unemployed youth to become employers, job creators, and wealth contributors to society and their families.

One of the major achievements of the school is its official registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria and approval by the Federal Ministry of Education. The institute has also received accreditation from two foreign organizations: the International Association of Accreditation in the USA and the International Quality Association for Quality Measures in Tertiary and Higher Education in the UK and US.
In this regard, Chap. Gen. Brig. Dr. Amb. Comr. Isaac Christian was among several individuals recently awarded with honorary doctorate degrees for their outstanding contributions to society. The prestigious ceremony took place at the Global Multi Concept Business School in Lagos, Nigeria.
Amb. Dr. Albert, highlighted the achievements of these individuals and their impact on humanity, communities, and the business sector.
The recipients, including Chap. Gen. Brig. Dr. Amb. Comr. Isaac Christian and many others were praised for their dedication and commitment to serving their communities and promoting education and development. The ceremony emphasized the importance of education in unlocking opportunities and shaping the mindset of the youth towards productivity.
Despite financial challenges being faced by the institution,it remains focused on providing quality training and skills to empower the younger generation and steer them away from anti-social behaviors.
