The International Association of World Peace Ambassadors (IAWPA) made headlines with the recent induction of several distinguished individuals as Eminent Peace Ambassadors with the theme captioned "Act for humanity" at the world Humanitarian Day event.
This event took place on the 19th of August, 2024. At golden tulip event center, stadium road.
Among the notable inductees is Amb. Gerald Kelvin Onuoha, a passionate advocate for humanitarian services hailing from Rivers State, Nigeria.
Amb. Gerald Kelvin Onuoha's commitment to humanitarian causes has earned him recognition both locally and internationally. Through his tireless efforts and unwavering dedication, he has made significant contributions to advancing peace, justice, and equality in society and was duly recommended by Mr. John Hart.
The prestigious induction ceremony held by the IAWPA was a momentous occasion, as Amb. Gerald Kelvin Onuoha and other newly inducted Ambassadors of Peace pledged to uphold the values of peace, unity, and global cooperation.
In an exclusive interview with Amb. Gerald Kelvin Onuoha, he expressed his gratitude and enthusiasm for being appointed as an Ambassador of Peace by the IAWPA.
"I am truly honored to be recognized as an Eminent Peace Ambassador, l will use my knowledge, wisdom and resources to get more people to the organization of Peace" said Gerald.
"As an Ambassador of Peace, I am committed to promoting social justice, human rights, and equality. I believe that by uniting our efforts and working together, we can create a more sustainable and peaceful future for all," he remarked.
In his closing remarks, Amb. Gerald Kelvin Onuoha's advices the youths to maintain Peace even if there's no Permanent peace without work so he urges the government leadership to create job opportunities for our university graduates so as to reduce conflict risk in the country.
