Eket, Akwa Ibom State - August 5, 2025 - A severe car accident occurred on Eket Marina Road by Eden Hotels Ltd. at approximately 4:15pm today. Reports confirm that two cars were completely crushed, and several people were badly injured. The injured individuals were immediately rushed to the hospital for urgent medical attention.
The police and the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) are actively managing the situation. According to FRSC protocols, causes of accidents in the area can often be attributed to speeding and route violation. The authorities are working to clear the scene and ensure the safety of the area
