ONELGA COUNCIL BOSS, ASSURES HIS ADMINISTRATION'S SUPPORT FOR EDUCATION TO BRIDGE THE INEQUALITY GAPS THAT EXIST IN THE SOCIETY.
The Executive chairman of Ogba Egbema Ndoni Local Government Area, Hon. Vincent Job, DSSRS, JP, gave the assurance when he received in audience candidates of his free admission form programmes of the Rivers State College of Health Sciences and Management Technology for the 2022/2023 Academic session.
In a brief ceremony held at the council secretariat, omoku, Hon.Vincent Job, maintained that the laudable policies and programmes implemented in the education sector of the local government, speak to his administration stand that education remains a major antidote to poverty and a way to bridge the inequality gaps that exists in the society.
Hon. Vincent Job, further restated the commitment of his administration to not only provide needed infrastructure that would make teaching and learning conducive but to also improve the quality of teaching and other necessary supports that would allow the students to sustain the feat in future.
Earlier the Vice-Chairman of Ogba Egbema Ndoni Local Government Area, Hon. Dr. Mrs.Stella Agada, acknowledged the support of Hon. Vincent Job, for raising the standard of education through quality policies and programmes such as this.
You'll recall that the Executive chairman of Ogba Egbema Ndoni Local Government Area, Hon.Vincent Job, acquired forms for 85 candidates seeking admission into the Rivers State College of Health Sciences and Management Technology for the 2022/2023 Academic Session.
The forms distributed through the Honourable Councillors across the seventeen (17) wards of Ogba Egbema Ndoni Local Government Area, were five(5) of each of their constituents who are Science inclined.
