The Director-General of World Trade Organization, Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala has reacted after she was decorated with the second highest honor of Timor Leste - the Collar of the Order of Timor Leste by the President of the country, José Ramos-Horta at a ceremony in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, who hails from Delta State is a former Minister of Finance of the federal republic of Nigeria.
Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala stated on his verified Twitter page; "Honored to be decorated with the second highest honor of Timor Leste - the Collar of the Order of Timor Leste by H.E President @JoseRamosHorta1 at a lovely ceremony in Abu Dhabi on the sidelines of MC13. In the presence of a delegation of Timor Leste Parliamentarians and Ministers. Including H.E Fernanda Lay, Speaker of the Parliament."
