The International Association of World Peace Advocates (IAWPA) says it is proud to announce the appointment of Pastor Abel Kolade as an Eminent Peace Ambassador. Pastor Kolade, a devoted leader of the Living Faith Church, is renowned for his commitment to humanitarian causes and community development.
In his new role, Ambassador Kolade says he will focus on addressing the critical issue of hunger in Nigeria, advocating for the realization of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal of Zero Hunger by 2030.
He emphasize the imperative of collective action to combat food insecurity and bridge the gap between agriculture and nutritional needs in communities.
“As a man of faith, I believe that no one should go to bed hungry,” said Ambassador Kolade.
“The time has come for us to join hands and resources to eradicate hunger in Nigeria. It is both a moral imperative and a challenging opportunity for growth and development.”
Ambassador Kolade says he plans to launch a series of initiatives that will include:
Community Outreach Programs aimed at mobilizing volunteers and faith-based organizations to distribute food and educate communities about nutrition, Sustainable Agricultural Projects which will help in collaborating with local farmers and agricultural experts to promote sustainable farming practices, thereby increasing food productivity.
as well as embarking on awareness Campaigns Creating awareness through workshops, seminars, and media engagements, highlighting the importance of food security and its link to peace and development.
Through these initiatives, Ambassador Kolade says he aims to inspire individuals, organizations, and governments to take concrete steps towards ensuring that every Nigerian has access to sufficient, safe, and nutritious food.
