With profound gratitude and a deep sense of responsibility, I, Chap. Brig. Gen. P.amb. Dr. Isaac Christian C., WPA, DIP, PDQ-L, humbly accept my official appointment as Representative for Africa (Appointment No: CPC-PEH-EC-HU/AFR/2026/1157).
This appointment, issued from Colombo, Sri Lanka on October 29, 2026, under the distinguished authority of the Chairman, Prof. Dr. Irshad Ahmed, is not just an honour to me, but an honour to Nigeria and to the entire African continent.
I express my deepest psychological appreciation to the Joint Council for trusting me with this monumental mandate to promote mental wellness, psychological counselling, peace, humanity, and educational excellence across 54 African nations.
