ABUJA, Nigeria / Onna, Akwa Ibom, Nigeria A political campaign centered on governance reform has launched in Onna State Constituency under the slogan “Restructuring. Restoring. The Paul Story For Onna.”

The candidate, Hon. Udoh, Paul Sunday of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, says the campaign is focused on addressing years of weak structures, broken systems, and community fatigue in Onna.
According to the campaign statement, the agenda is built on three commitments:

The campaign promises present, accountable, and accessible representation. It pledges to carry the voices of Onna’s four clans – Oniong, Nung Ndem, Awa, and Asuna – to the State House to influence budgets, laws, and projects.
The plan includes skills training for youths, capital support for traders, and backing for farmers to strengthen livelihoods and restore dignity to work.
This includes functional schools, equipped clinics, basic infrastructure, and improved security and opportunities for women and youths.
