As part of activities aimed at supporting the vision of the International Association Of World Peace Advocates IAWPA through volunteering and philanthropy, some members of the association had engaged in activities that touch the lives of the less privileged in the society.
A member of the association Amb. Pastor Abel Kolade has during activities that wound up the year 2024, touched the lives of the less privileged at Agwan Hakimi FCT, Abuja and Kogi state.
On the 25th of December 2024, Amb. Kolade a distinguished member of the International Association of World Peace Advocates (IAWPA), identified with the less privileged by doling out gift packages to them at Agwan Hakimi area of Abuja Metropolitan Area FCT, Abuja. During the event, Amb. Kolade who is also Minister in. living Faith Church, said he felt fulfilled touching the lives of the less privileged especially in a season that recognized the birth of Jesus.
In continuation of his efforts Amb. Kolade on December 30, 2024, he also demonstrated his commitment to promoting zero hunger, a crucial aspect of the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The well respected global diplomat feted over 100 aged individuals and less privileged persons in Kogi State, Nigeria, showcasing his dedication to the well-being of vulnerable members of society.
As a prominent advocate for zero hunger, Amb. Kolade's efforts align with the IAWPA's mission to promote peace, tolerance, and sustainable development. His selfless act of kindness embodies the spirit of the SDGs, which aim to eradicate poverty, reduce inequality, and promote sustainable development globally.
The International Association of World Peace Advocates, with its global mandate to promote peace and appoint credible personalities as Eminent Peace Ambassadors, has been actively involved in various initiatives to support the SDGs .
